Pfizer’s Research University (ePRU) at Sandwich in Kent has commissioned fast-growing Brightwave, the Hove-based e-learning specialists, to develop an e-learning module for Pfizer’s re-designed education programme on the development of medicines.
The Brightwave programme will form part of a modularized approach to education that will enable research teams, comprising pharmaceutical scientists, project managers, regulatory advisers and others, to participate more effectively in Exploratory Development, a key phase that can last up to three years.
Sue Ward, Pfizer Research University’s senior adviser, says that PRU is delighted to be using Brightwave’s experience and approach to e-learning development. “This is an ambitious new learning architecture for us which we are convinced will produce substantial rewards. Brightwave has the expertise and experience we need in an e-learning partner and I’m excited that we are working together.”
