Lars Hyland, who has been a leading figure within the UK and European e-learning industry over the past 12 years, will work on positioning the company as the premium e-learning consultancy and content production service within the UK and Europe, leveraging its already significant pool of talent and experience.
He will also strengthen Brightwave’s resolve to build long term, strategic relationships with organisations at a senior level.
This is something Lars believes is critical to success in the e-learning industry:
“In my experience, customers buying e-learning solutions value knowledgeable suppliers. Achieving a successful implementation is a complex process, so experience and an open, collaborative approach counts for a great deal. Brightwave has an exceptionally talented team and takes this to a new level.”
Brightwave’s Managing Director, Charles Gould added: “The appointment of Lars continues our policy of building an exceptionally experienced team of professionals. We’re simply doing what we set out to do: apply real expertise to address the issues our clients are facing.”
Lars has worked with a wide range of organisations including The Royal Bank of Scotland, American Express, British Airways, Goldman Sachs, BOC Group, European Space Agency, BUPA Healthcare and BT. Lars was previously Key Accounts Director at Epic Plc.
Brightwave Ltd is one of the UK 's fastest growing providers of e-learning services, specialising in e-learning strategy, blended learning design, content development, collaborative development methods and tools, and multimedia communications.
