Brightwave, the workplace learning specialist, is pleased to announce that Phil Knight, Head of Organisational Development and Clare Shell, e-Learning Manager, from the UK’s largest private medical insurer, BUPA, will be sharing a platform with us at this year’s Online Educa in Berlin.
Their presentation, entitled "E-learning as a part of System Development" will form part of the conference on E-learning in the Workplace, which will be looking at companies’ individual experiences of using technology-enhanced learning in the workplace.
They will be discussing their experiences of the role of e-learning in supporting business transformation. Their own knowledge of this stems from the challenges they faced due to changes in market conditions that have led them to streamline their own internal strategies.
Online Educa attracts over 1900 participants from over 73 countries making it the most significant gathering of e-learning professionals in Europe. More information can be found at www.online-educa.com.
