We will deal with you in a friendly, open and professional manner. We will clarify the reasons for the meeting, set clear outcomes, agree time frames and always conclude our meetings with a clear action plan.
When you telephone us
We will deal with you in the most professional, friendly and courteous way as possible. We will answer all questions as fully and as promptly as possible and provide you with the appropriate information you require.
When we visit you
We will arrive promptly for the arranged time for meetings and appointments, unless exceptional and unforeseen circumstances prevent us. In this case we will endeavour to communicate the reasons for this immediately.
When we work with you
We will always consult with your organisation’s representative to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities and outcomes for the training. We aim to work in partnership with client organisations and work in close liaison with your chosen representative. Where appropriate we will act in accordance with the client’s values, rules and regulations.

You can expect us to be courteous, respectful, clear and professional at all times. When we speak to you face to face, on the telephone and in writing, we will demonstrate the same levels of professionalism and integrity. We expect all our clients to be similarly courteous and professional.
